Position Summary
The Program Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the Landlord Engagement and Mitigation Fund Program. The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for the recruitment and retention of landlords willing to rent to clients referred by the program. The PM is responsible for coordination of referrals from approved referral sources. The PM is responsible for the management of program staff, ensuring follow up with clients and landlord to ensure compliance to lease and program expectations.
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Identify and recruit landlords to rent to referred clients
- Process applications from referred clients and assess readiness to rent
- Manage mitigation fund requests
- Complete pre and post move inspections
- Coordinate services with referring parties
- Provide supervision to staff, including ensuring clients are followed up with and remaining compliant with lease terms
- Present on Landlord Engagement and Mitigation Fund Program at public meetings and gatherings
- Complete weekly report Executive Director as requested
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- 5 years experience in Management.
- Experience with low-income/homeless clients, preferred.
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
