Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties through proactive clean up and maintenance. This role requires strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The Maintenance Person will play a crucial role in cleanup and maintenance at street level, and also at properties in various locations ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform site cleanup, maintenance and minor repairs on /at various properties.
- Conduct property/site inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities performed.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management.
Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in property clean up and maintenance.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels.
