What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ecommerce Logistics and Order Fulfillment Coordinator position at RH LLC?
We are a fast-growing ecommerce brand startup looking for dynamic, motivated individuals to help package and fulfill orders in a dedicated house-based operation. The main workspace is a large garage converted into a packaging and operations center.
No prior experience necessary.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Packing and preparing customer orders for shipment efficiently and accurately.
- Organizing inventory and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Assisting with basic operational tasks as needed.
We are looking for people who are eager to grow with the company. While order fulfillment will be your main job, we highly value individuals who are flexible and open to taking on other roles as the company grows.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- No weekends
