Distribution Supervisor (Leader)

RH, Restoration Hardware Enterprise is Expanding!

To support the growth of our Maryland Distribution center we are adding two members to our Leadership Team. We are looking to add and inbound leader and an outbound leader to our team.

As a Leader you will be responsible for the accuracy of team operations. This includes leading team members through department goals and UPH, troubleshooting, partnering with other teams, monitoring discrepancies and finding the "why" behind overages, shortages and damages (OS and D's).

Being proficient with Excel is a requirement for this role. (V look up's, data dumps and pivot tables)

Job Details for the Leader Role:

• Job Type: full time/ direct hire
• Hours: 6:00am-3:45pm
• Days: Tuesday-Saturday(Possible overtime on Sundays)
• Location: North East, MD - Cecil County- 8 minutes from I-95 and Route 272
• Salary: $80,000- $90,000 based on experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accurate tracking of profits and losses for the Distribution Center (DC)
• Ensure accurate shipping/receiving of units
• Proficient use of Excel to perform file dumps, V LookUp, pivot tables, query's etc.
• Ability to work with the team to research lost product; identify the cause and provide solutions
• Work collaboratively with all teams including QA, Receiving, Shipping and Picking in order to delight our customers
• Perform daily, monthly and annual reviews of department performance
• Monitor team challenges and provide solutions
• Document, track and report the flow of materials and equipment to ensure items are being delivered in a timely manner.
• Adheres to all company safety and security policies and procedures
• Maintains attendance according to company policies
• Other duties, responsibilities, and activities as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (we use WMS)
• Excel experience
• Ability and willingness to jump in and physically look for product on the dock or in racks when needed
• Strong attention to detail and 100% accuracy
• Ability to think critically and take feedback when given
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related track or equivalent work experience is required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE INVENTORY CONTROL MANAGER:

• Prolonged sitting, standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing
• Ability to walk 10,000 steps per day
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs if needed

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
