Our Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive global mobility strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring seamless transitions for employees across international assignments, business travel, relocations, and remote work arrangements
- Oversee the company’s immigration processes, ensuring compliance with all local, regional, and international immigration laws and regulations, including Form I-9 compliance
- Partner with legal counsel and external providers to manage visa applications, work permits, and residency requirements
- Provide guidance to employees, HR teams, and managers on immigration processes, timelines, and obligations
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers, including relocation companies, tax advisors, and immigration specialists, to ensure quality and cost-effective service delivery
- Develop and deliver communication materials, training sessions, and resources to educate employees and managers on mobility policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of mobility programs to identify risks and recommend changes and enhancements.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, mobility trends, and industry best practices, proactively adapting strategies as required
- 4 years of experience in global mobility, immigration, or related HR functions, with leadership experience in a multinational company
- Strong knowledge of global immigration laws, tax compliance, and mobility program design
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-border projects and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate ambiguity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering an outstanding employee experience
- Proficiency in project management tools and HR systems

Salary : $130,000 - $160,000
