RH is seeking a Senior Leader on the Visual Merchandising team to create, enhance and execute floor sets. The ideal candidate is highly detail oriented, creative and possess strong communication skills within all levels of the organization.

RH is seeking a Senior Leader on the Visual Merchandising team to create, enhance and execute floor sets. The ideal candidate is highly detail oriented, creative and possess strong communication skills within all levels of the organization.
Your Responsibilities
- Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs
- Lead in the completion and execution of floor sets, presentation books, store openings and/or special projects
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create and enhance the RH brand through current and future floor sets
- Create visual presentations that will drive sales and move the brand forward
- Process and develop field communication including weekly memos, task lists, updates, etc
- Facilitate, review and audit projects including floor set documents, floor plans, etc
- Coordinate merchandise samples to floor set photo shoots, merchant presentations, conferences and special events
- Build and maintain positive working relationships throughout the company
- Listen attentively to others, understand materials, and provide instructions as required
- Analyze and respond to the business proactively and efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Design or Graphic Design preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Familiar with large format printing and have experience with InDesign CS3 at a minimum
- Proficient in Mac, Illustrator, and Photoshop CS5
- Strong experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Acrobat platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adjust priorities and workloads to meet changing initiatives and company direction in a fast paced environment

Salary : $120,000 - $175,000
