RH is seeking a Talent Coordinator to join our growing Hospitality team. The right person will play a vital role in supporting our Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and attracting top talent to join our Hospitality team.

RH is seeking a Talent Coordinator to join our growing Hospitality team. The right person will play a vital role in supporting our Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and attracting top talent to join our Hospitality team.
Your Responsibilities
- Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs
- Conduct employment related research and use a variety of sourcing tools to help identify top talent including but not limited to job boards, LinkedIn and our internal database
- Review, contact, and screen potential candidates to determine qualifications and interest level
- Offer assistance in coordinating interviews and associated projects for senior leaders, hiring leaders, the recruitment team, and other stakeholders
- Efficiently manage and prioritize a diverse range of administrative responsibilities, exercising independent judgment and initiative
- Assists with identifying issues affecting recruitment and implementing enhancements to continuously improve process
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline of passive and active candidates
- Communicate effectively with Talent Leaders and Hiring Leaders
- Willingness to learn the recruitment process, including sourcing techniques, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools to effectively manage candidate pipelines
- Capacity to create sourcing techniques, including the ability to utilize various online platforms, social media, and networking events to identify and attract top talent
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess candidate qualification and match them with the requirements of open positions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with notable attention to detail
- Strong working knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and Mac Computers
