Marketing Coordinator (Part Time or Full Time)
RHAA (Royston Hanamoto Alley & Abey) is an award-winning landscape architecture and planning firm located in Mill Valley, just north of San Francisco. We design sustainable, inspiring spaces that enrich communities, and we are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our team. This position may be part-time or full-time with a hybrid schedule : in-office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with the flexibility to work remotely the rest of the week.
Responsibilities
- Proposals and Business Development – Support and collaborate with the marketing manager and principals on proposals, presentations, and events.
- Content Development – Create project cutsheets, resumes, brochures, and other materials to showcase our projects and team.
- Data and Asset Management – Maintain the marketing databases (experience with Vantage Point is a plus) and digital files (familiarity with Open Asset is an advantage).
- Graphic Design and Materials – Assist with graphic design tasks, maintain inventory of marketing materials, and manage collateral for campaigns.
