Responsibilities:
- Contribute to project proposals and organize pre-construction feedback into contracts
- Manage and execute agreements and change orders with customers and vendors
- Collaborate on RFI responses and manage take-offs
- Write scope letters and manage communications with teams, clients, and office staff
- Issue subcontracts and oversee punch list completion
- Perform cost reporting and maintain proficiency with MS Project, and Procore
- Organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in organizing pre-construction activities
- Expertise in managing and executing agreements and change orders with customers and vendors
- Strong skills in managing communications with teams, clients, and office staff
- Proficiency in overseeing punch list completion

Pay: $115,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
