What you will do :
- Provides leadership, direction, and coordination for general clinic operations.
- Manages staffing to always ensure appropriate coverage.
- Responsible for hiring and onboarding new staff in collaboration with Human Resources.
- Works collaboratively with clinic division coding and billing specialists and central business office to assure timely and accurate capture of charges for services provided.
- Tracks and reports all information, service statistics, billing data and other financial data with the central billing office.
- Responsible for maintaining the facility including managing any repairs or remodeling, service contracts on equipment and the inventory of all capital equipment.
