Your mission, as a provider recruitment coordinator, is to ensure that each candidate’s experience is of the highest caliber that Revere Medical has to offer. The provider recruitment coordinator will support our national provider recruitment team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist our national provider recruitment team with task such as: applicant screening, travel, managing expenses, participating in networking events, and other duties assigned.
- Manage the ATS database to ensure all information is accurate.
- Run reports and analyze data.
- Manage work related travel details such as booking flights, preparing daily itineraries, ordering meals, etc.
- Other duties assigned.
Skills, Knowledge, Education and Experience
- Excellent customer service skills and ensuring a great customer experience.
- Exceptional written, oral, and any other communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, ideally have knowledge of recruiting databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are critical to the success of the team.
This position can be based near Nashville, TN, or Phoenix, AZ or Beaumont, TX
