Strategic & Financial Analysis
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Strategic Finance Director to support our CFO and CEO in evaluating and summarizing strategic opportunities, facilitating acquisition execution, and driving integration management. This role will play a key part in our growth strategy, providing financial insights that guide decision-making and optimize business performance.
The Strategic Finance Director will lead financial modeling for targets, M&A integration planning, and ad hoc strategic analyses to improve internal efficiencies and assess new product opportunities. This position requires a data-driven, analytical mindset with strong presentation skills to effectively communicate findings to senior leadership, investors, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the CFO and CEO in evaluating and summarizing acquisition opportunities, new market entries, and strategic initiatives.
- Develop complex financial models to assess potential investments, partnerships, and other business opportunities.
- Prepare board-level presentations, investment memos, and executive summaries that synthesize strategic insights.
- Conduct financial due diligence and scenario analysis to support decision-making.
Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Execution & Integration
- Partner with the CFO and executive team in facilitating deal execution, from LOI through closing.
- Support post-acquisition integration efforts by coordinating across finance, operations, and other key functional teams.
- Lead financial reporting, KPI tracking, and operational efficiency analysis for newly acquired entities.
- Assist in developing and managing the Integration Management Office (IMO) framework to ensure seamless integration of acquisitions.
Operational & Growth Initiatives
- Conduct ad hoc financial and operational analyses to identify internal efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate new product lines, service expansions, and pricing strategies.
- Provide strategic insights into performance metrics and business drivers to enhance profitability.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes that may impact growth initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, consulting, or strategic finance within a healthcare or multi-site business.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation analysis, and M&A execution.
- Experience working in a high-growth, acquisitive, or PE-backed environment is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of healthcare services, value-based care, and primary care economics.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and present findings in a compelling manner to executives and investors.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analytics tools.
