Medical Director – Lead the Future of Geriatric Care
Location: Overseeing two locations in Lakehurst, NJ & Oceanport, NJ
Compensation: $280K Comprehensive Benefits
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Role Split: 75% Administrative | 25% Clinical

Your Role as Medical Director
As the clinical cornerstone of this PACE program, you will:
Lead & mentor a team of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and clinical staff.
Oversee quality initiatives and ensure compliance with clinical standards and care protocols.
Develop & implement medical policies and best practices for geriatric care.
Monitor & improve quality outcomes through data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with external partners to optimize care delivery across the provider network.
What You Bring
- M.D. or D.O. with an active medical license.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice (Geriatrics certification preferred).
- 3 years of medical leadership experience in a healthcare or managed care setting.
- Experience working with frail or elderly populations (or willingness to train upon hire).
- Expertise in quality management, performance improvement, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance (as required).
