Salary : $33.41 - $52.63 per hour.
The successful candidate's starting base will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the base range for this role.
Who You Are
As a seasoned Inside Sales Representative (ISR) you will play a fundamental role in the research and analyzing assigned market territory. Implement strategies and assist with sales campaigns that cultivate sales leads and prospects. Responsibilities include assisting with lead generation, lead management, and outbound sales activities and provide comprehensive support to the sales team, ensuring seamless sales operations and exceptional customer service.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in sciences or sales focused.
- One to three years of proven professional inside sales experience; some prior experience providing customer-facing technical support is a plus.
- Familiarity with negotiation, upselling, and other sales tactics preferred but not required.
- Committed to sales development, achievement, and driving career forward rapidly.
- Professional appearance and demeanor with the ability to utilize technology for virtual meetings and videos.
- Ability to be flexible and work in a rapidly changing, collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with internal and external customers.
- Excellent creative, multi-tasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Solid technical and scientific aptitude and business acumen.
- Curious, positive, and aggressive attitude.
- Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and the sales process.
- Ability to travel occasionally.
