Rhino, Inc. is a well-established company with over 30 years of experience in rotational molding. We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Lead - Rotational Molding to join our team at our Maple Lake, MN production facility.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with experience in manufacturing and rotational molding. They will be responsible for leading a team of production staff, ensuring quality products are produced, and minimizing defects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the production team
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment
- Accountable for completing work orders correctly
- Responsible for productivity, scrap, and rework within assigned production area
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing related experience
- Mechanical aptitude, good attention to detail, ability to perform basic math computations and computer data entry
Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $20.00 to $22.00 an hour
