Job Overview:
As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you’ll be working in a retail environment, engaging directly with customers, generating sales, and helping our clients reach their goals. This is a full-time, on-site role in Huntsville, AL, with paid training and opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through in-person customer engagement in retail stores
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
- Collaborate with team leads and marketing departments to optimize performance
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance using CRM tools
