What You'll Be Doing
Full-Time Schedule : Monday - Friday (8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm) – consistency is key!
Patient Volume : 14 Scheduled patients per day - helping our community return to normalcy.
Deliver High-Quality Care – Provide exceptional physical therapy services with minimal supervision.
Create & Implement Treatment Plans – Craft personalized rehab strategies to get patients back to their best selves.
Lead & Inspire – Supervise and mentor PTAs and aides to ensure outstanding patient care.
Stay Compliant & Up-to-Date – Maintain OSHA, Medicare, and state regulations like a pro!
Collaborate & Communicate – Work closely with physicians, caregivers, and rehab teams to drive success.
Stay Ahead of the Curve – Keep your skills sharp and relevant with ongoing training and professional development.
What We’re Looking For :
Licensed Physical Therapist in California (or eligibility to obtain).
Graduate of an accredited (CAPTE) Physical Therapy program.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
CPR / BLS Certification (required).
Passion for helping patients regain mobility and independence!
