What You'll Be Doing
Patient Volume : 14 Scheduled patients per day - helping our community return to normalcy.
Deliver High-Quality Care Provide exceptional physical therapy services with minimal supervision.
Create & Implement Treatment Plans Craft personalized rehab strategies to get patients back to their best selves.
Lead & Inspire Supervise and mentor PTAs and aides to ensure outstanding patient care.
Stay Compliant & Up-to-Date Maintain OSHA, Medicare, and state regulations like a pro!
Collaborate & Communicate Work closely with physicians, caregivers, and rehab teams to drive success.
Stay Ahead of the Curve Keep your skills sharp and relevant with ongoing training and professional development.
What Were Looking For :
Graduate of an accredited (CAPTE) Physical Therapy program.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
CPR / BLS Certification (required).
Passion for helping patients regain mobility and independence!
