Certified Medical Assistant with X-Ray Experience - Tualatin, OR
Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking a qualified and motivated Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with X-Ray experience to join a well-established Occupational Medicine / Urgent Care clinic in Tualatin, OR. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical environment with a great team.
Job Overview : This role is ideal for a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) who also has experience performing X-Ray duties. You’ll perform a combination of Medical Assistant and Radiologic Technologist tasks in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
Position Details :
Contract Type : Full-time (CMA with X-Ray experience required)
Start Date : ASAP (minimal credentialing timeframe)
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Location : Tualatin, OR (Occupational Medicine / Urgent Care / Physical Therapy / Advanced Specialist Services)
Patient Mix : Scheduled and Walk-In Patients (All Ages)
Pay : Competitive Weekly Pay
Core Responsibilities :
Medical Assistant Duties (70%) :
Rooming patients, taking vitals, conducting drug and alcohol testing, and providing basic wound care
Assisting the clinical team with various medical procedures
X-Ray Technologist Duties (30%) :
Perform radiological diagnostic examinations for patients
Operate radiological equipment, develop film, and ensure accurate diagnostic imaging
Position patients safely and ensure their comfort during X-Ray exams
Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
Qualifications :
License : Current State CMA License
Certifications : CPR Certified, ARRT Certification for X-Ray (if applicable)
Experience : X-Ray experience in an Urgent Care setting is required
Skills : Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently
