As the Service Coordinator of Key Accounts & Special Projects, you will be at the forefront of our operations, managing the seamless flow of tools for repair, interacting with customers, and facilitating effective communication both internally and externally. Your responsibilities will include being the Key Contact and Liaison for our customer base, providing quotes to customers, special projects, partake on the New Acquisitions transition team and serving as a central point of contact for inquiries and support.

4. Work with management to improve Repair Tracker Capabilities & Processes
· Responsible for Onsite Calibration Quotations, Scheduling, and Equipment Coordination
· New Acquisitions team member
1. Supports management with new acquisitions
- Part of the Transition Team
- Help management implement a transition plan
- Training incoming staff
- Partakes in data migration
- Other duties as assigned

· Exercise sound judgment in making independent decisions while adhering to company policies and procedures.
· Resolve administrative issues and address inquiries promptly and effectively.
· Oversee the complete life cycle of customer products sent in for repair, including providing quotes and processing orders.
· Respond promptly to inquiries from customers, vendors, and Sales Engineers, fostering positive relationships.
· Cultivate and sustain trusted relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
· Collaborate effectively with team members, demonstrating a willingness to assist and contribute.
