About The Role
As the Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will identify, establish, and grow high-value partnerships with major software providers, incorporation services, and large financial institutions. You'll drive significant revenue through these partnerships while collaborating to ensure successful implementation and ongoing optimization. This role combines commercial dealmaking with operational excellence, requiring someone to negotiate multi-million dollar agreements and execute the technical and operational details to bring them to life. In other words, you are a business athlete and a rainmaker.

About The Role
As the Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will identify, establish, and grow high-value partnerships with major software providers, incorporation services, and large financial institutions. You'll drive significant revenue through these partnerships while collaborating to ensure successful implementation and ongoing optimization. This role combines commercial dealmaking with operational excellence, requiring someone to negotiate multi-million dollar agreements and execute the technical and operational details to bring them to life. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute our partnership strategy with major software providers, incorporation services, and large financial institutions.
- Source, negotiate, and close complex partnership deals valued at $1M annually.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior executives at partner organizations.
- Collaborate with Product teams to influence the roadmap based on partner needs and market opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams through large-scale partnership implementations.
- Design and implement operational processes to support partnership onboarding, maintenance, and growth.
- Create and present business cases to both internal stakeholders and potential partners.
- Develop metrics and reporting frameworks to track partnership performance and ROI
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to expand our partnership network.
- Identify emerging market trends and opportunities that could influence our partnership strategy.
- 8 years of experience in strategic roles such as business development, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Proven track record of negotiating and deals worth at least $1M annually.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure win-win partnership agreements.
- Exceptional project management skills with experience leading large-scale, high-stakes deals.
- Executive presence with outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Track record as an internal influencer who can align cross-functional teams around partnership objectives
- Experience in fintech or financial services partnerships
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree
- Experience in both startup and enterprise environments

Salary : $160,000 - $174,000
