What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute full SEO strategies for specific clients that drive organic growth, and increase conversions.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to uncover new growth opportunities.
- Manage technical SEO, and collaborate with developers as needed
- Stay ahead of search engine algorithm changes and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with the team to create content (such as blogs and website copy) using AI tools and optimize for SEO.
- Manage link-building initiatives and partnerships
- Track and analyze SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and more.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven experience as an SEO specialist, with at least 2-4 years of hands-on experience.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and industry trends.
- Experience using project management software such as Monday(dot)com and Asana
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Strong understanding of HTML as it can relate to SEO and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Analytical mindset with a love for data – You don’t need to be a math major, but you thrive on reading, interpreting, and acting on SEO data to drive smart, strategic decisions.
