Responsibilities
">- Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement.
- Implement business strategies that align with short- and long-term objectives developed with the CEO.
- Monitor performance and take corrective measures when necessary, preparing detailed updates and forecasts.
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Provide strategic advice, manage the HVAC division, and implement strategies to support organizational objectives.
- Execute and develop business plans to build and increase sales, operational excellence, competitive advantage, brand awareness, customer engagement, market share, and profitability.
- Continuously improve processes used to deliver outputs.
- Motivate and mentor direct reports, fostering leadership talent and succession planning.
Requirements
">- Prior director-level leadership and strategic planning experience.
- Supervisory management experience in multi-location operations.
- Experience in P&L responsibility, including budget overview and cost controls.
- Proficient mechanical aptitude and HVAC experience.
- SUPERIOR ANALYTICAL AND PLANNING SKILLS.
- High integrity, self-awareness, and authenticity.
- Excellent communication skills, including ability to communicate complicated information.
- Ability to work with confidential information.
