- The successful candidate will lead daily service and install operations, ensuring seamless execution of business strategies.
- We are seeking an exceptional leader with prior director-level experience in multi-location operations, P&L responsibility, and supervisory management skills.
Key Responsibilities
">- Analyze internal operations and identify opportunities for process enhancement.
- Implement business strategies that align with short- and long-term objectives developed with the CEO.
- Monitor performance and take corrective measures when necessary, preparing detailed updates and forecasts.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN TRUSTING RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CUSTOMERS, CLIENTS, PARTNERS, AND STAKEHOLDERS.
- Provide strategic advice, manage the HVAC division, and implement strategies to support organizational objectives.
- Execute and develop business plans to build and increase sales, operational excellence, competitive advantage, brand awareness, customer engagement, market share, and profitability.
- Lead efforts to identify product opportunities in specific market areas, enhancing customer experiences.
- Develop, implement, and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all HVAC operations, ensuring consistent, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
- Plan, execute, and monitor departmental and regional performance by tracking financial performance, operational efficiencies, and sales performance.
- Motivate and mentor direct reports, fostering leadership talent and succession planning.

">- Prior director-level leadership and strategic planning experience.
- Supervisory management experience in multi-location operations.
- Experience in P&L responsibility, including budget overview and cost controls.
- Proficient mechanical aptitude and HVAC experience.
- SUPERIOR ANALYTICAL AND PLANNING SKILLS.
