Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement data systems tailored to the needs of a psychiatry and mental health practice.
- Collect, clean, and analyze patient and operational data to identify trends and improve service delivery.
- Create dashboards and reports to support decision-making and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure data privacy and compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with clinicians, administrators, and IT teams to optimize workflows and enhance patient care.
- Identify areas for improvement through predictive analytics and data modeling.
- Maintain and update databases to ensure accurate and accessible data management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a healthcare or mental health setting.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong understanding of healthcare data regulations and compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
