The Project Coordinator's primary mission is to effectively communicate the distinct benefits and value of our services to prospective clients, illustrating why they are superior to those offered by our competitors. The Project Coordinators will secure an approved proposal required deposits, prepare instructions for the Production Team, and collect final payments.
- Develop Goals and Plans – The Project Coordinator is expected to achieve personal and professional objectives. Selling can be a challenging profession due to the number of hours and the number of non-successes it takes to become successful. Solid goals and plans give professional salespeople the power to maintain the course when the road appears challenging, giving them the strength to break through into success or sustain success. The Project Coordinator will establish a method to track the achievement of a plan and implement the plan. Every effort will be made to meet or exceed agreed-upon monthly sales targets. Produce and submit activity reports as required by management.
- Working Hours – The Project Coordinator will attend training and meetings at prescribed times. The Project Coordinator should be available to attend and conduct sales calls with the buying party, which may occur during the day, early evening, and Saturdays. The project coordinator will be available by phone unless out estimating a project, meeting with a customer, or networking.
