Salary: $60,000 Base Uncapped Variable Comp - Qtrly & Yearly Bonuses (1st Year OTE: $90k-$100k)

• Build and maintain client relationships through regular site visits
• Oversee service delivery teams and coordinate operations
• Conduct quality inspections and implement improvements

• Identify and resolve customer service issues proactively
• Maintain detailed service records and communications
• Coordinate between cleaning crews and clients
