Transactional Attorney (Commercial Real Estate exp req) Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts for commercial real estate transactions

• Prepare and review loan documentation for commercial lending

• Analyze and resolve title issues with title companies

• Counsel clients on transactional matters and guide them through negotiations

• Gain exposure to litigation processes to understand breach scenarios

• Ensure compliance with federal and state lending regulations (e.g., RESPA)

• Assist in lease reviews and real estate matters as needed

Transactional Attorney (Commercial Real Estate exp req) Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required

• Licensed to practice in New Jersey required; Pennsylvania license preferred

• 2 years of experience in transactional law required

• Proficiency in preparing commercial loan documents required

• Knowledge of commercial and residential real estate transactions required
