Our client, a leading manufacturer in the natural wellness space, is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team in Houston, TX. You will be responsible for overseeing floor operations, planning, scheduling, and issue resolution to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification. This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in standing up new operations while leading a team through fast-paced, clean-label production processes including batching, blending, and bottling. You’ll start with out-of-state training before taking the reins on-site, ensuring your team hits production goals while meeting GMP, OSHA, and HACCP standards. Production Supervisor (GMP and HACCP exp req) Responsibilities

•    Lead, coach, and train a team of 15–20 production staff
•    Maintain compliance with CGMP, FDA, OSHA, and HACCP regulations
•    Manage scheduling and production workflows in coordination with schedulers
•    Ensure machinery is maintained and repaired as needed
•    Oversee quality checks, documentation, and equipment maintenance needs
•    Conduct daily huddles to plan goals and address production challenges
•    Monitor KPIs and maintain adherence to production timelines
•    Collaborate with packaging, blending, and batching departments
•    Enforce safety procedures and ensure the use of protective gear
•    Sign off on production records, logs, and verifications
•    Assist with hiring and performance reviews for production team

Production Supervisor (GMP and HACCP exp req) Qualifications

•    4 years of manufacturing leadership experience required
•    Liquid manufacturing or related industry experience required
•    Familiarity with batching, blending, and packaging required
•    Understanding of OSHA, GMP, and HACCP regulations required
•    ERP & Production tracking systems experience required
•    Ability to travel to Arizona for training (initial phase) required

Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
