Job Overview
The support role exists to remotely assist our on-site technicians in completing their jobs by interpreting customer documentation, troubleshooting customer specific devices and or systems, reviewing completed work (photos and documentation), and ensuring they are delivered to the customer in a timely and satisfactory manner. Support is also expected to communicate with the customer directly and function as an intermediary.
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM
- Familiarity with Zendesk
- Proficient in troubleshooting digital signage / A/V equipment
- Proficient in troubleshooting basic networking issues
- Ability to rapidly learn new systems and processes
- Capacity to work with multiple technicians servicing different equipment types simultaneously
- Proficient in MS Office applications and their GSuite counterparts
- Clear, concise and effective communication
Flex Schedule
Due to the demands of our customers, it is expected that we will engage in projects that require coverage outside of typical business hours. Generally, your shift will start at 8-9 A.M. EST, and conclude at 5-6 P.M. EST. However, there will be periods of time where your shift will be realigned to better meet the needs of our customers.
