As a Growth Marketing Manager , you'll drive customer acquisition through digital marketing campaigns. This role blends data analysis with creative strategy to optimize ads and track performance from engagement to closed deals in Salesforce. You'll write compelling ad copy, collaborate on high-impact creatives, and provide data-driven insights to guide business decisions. The ideal candidate must have a strong creative vision for Rhombus' advertising presence while being able to analyze data to report and guide the business on relevant objectives.
What You'll Do
- Manage ad campaigns across multiple channels to ensure efficiency and maximize ROI.
- Build and maintain pipeline analytics tracking individual ad performance through the entire sales cycle.
- Develop strategies to align organizational metrics with targeted advertising and optimizations across the funnel.
- Set up attribution models to track ROI of efforts across multiple touchpoints.
- Present regular pipeline analysis to leadership, highlighting key trends and opportunities.
- Develop and execute A / B testing strategies across landing pages and ad creative.
- Create comprehensive experiment documentation and data-driven creative briefs.
- Collaborate with design team to develop high-converting landing pages and ad creative.
- Partner with sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with sales goals.
- Manage and optimize the marketing tech stack to ensure accurate tracking and attribution.

Compensation
80,000 - $120,000
Additional forms of compensation, depending on the role, include performance incentives, discretionary bonuses, and equity in the company. Individual pay is determined based on the candidate's primary work / hiring location and additional factors, such as skills and experience, and relevant education, certifications, or training. Further details about compensation for the role can be discussed during the interview process.
