Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience and possess excellent customer service skills. You will be responsible for maintaining community grounds, performing snow removal, and advising the Community Manager or Maintenance Supervisor of residents who do not properly dispose of their excess garbage or have large/bulk items that may require pickup arrangements.
Additionally, you will be required to perform regular inventories of maintenance and grounds equipment and supplies, maintain order and appearance of garage and storage areas, and maintain all maintenance and grounds equipment to keep it clean and cared for.
We offer a competitive hourly pay range of $20.00-$23.00, based on demonstrated job-related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
