Groundskeeper

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Apartment Groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in groundskeeping, landscaping, and light maintenance. Requirements for the Apartment Groundskeeper:

• Maintenance or handyman experience with a focus on groundskeeping
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to walk the property and perform physical tasks
• Experience with power-washing, sweeping curbs, and trash/debris pickup and disposal

As an Apartment Groundskeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring our apartment community looks its best and provides a welcoming environment for residents and visitors. Your expertise in groundskeeping and landscaping will help maintain the beauty and cleanliness of our property.

Responsibilities of the Apartment Groundskeeper:

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the apartment community grounds
• Rake leaves, and prune trees
• Perform regular landscaping tasks, including mowing, trimming, planting, and watering.
• Power-wash sidewalks, curbs, and common areas
• Sweep curbs and walkways to ensure a clean and inviting environment
• Pick up and dispose of trash and debris around the property
• Conduct light maintenance tasks as needed to support the overall upkeep of the property
• Walk the property regularly to identify and address any groundskeeping issues
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the community remains well-maintained
• Report any significant maintenance or safety concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
