Job Highlights : In this role, you'll be at the forefront of selling events across various markets, showcasing your negotiation skills and attention to detail. Your responsibilities will include :
- Selling guest rooms, catering events, banquet food & beverage, and maximizing hotel revenues.
- Negotiating with clients and overseeing all arrangements to ensure the success of each function.
- Soliciting new business, contract negotiation, and maintaining excellent communication with hotel staff.
- Providing personalized service to guests and fostering positive relationships with clients.
- Creating innovative strategies to increase catering revenue during low-demand periods. Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in catering sales, hotel Catering / Convention Services, Banquet, and / or Hotel Sales.
