What You'll Do: As a pivotal leader at Rhythmlink, you will oversee a skilled team of Quality Control Inspectors and Engineers. Your mission will be to spearhead the development, supervision, and enhancement of our Quality Program, ensuring that our products not only meet but exceed the rigorous standards of the medical device industry. Your strategic vision will guide supplier quality initiatives, material analysis, and the sterility of our innovative products, directly impacting patient safety and care.

- Innovate and Validate: Oversee cutting-edge projects in sterilization and software validation that ensure our products are safe and effective.
- Drive Excellence: Your decisions will ensure the reliability of our equipment and the integrity of our Quality Management System, influencing the entire lifecycle of our products.
Who You Are: An inspired leader with a robust background in the medical device sector, well-versed in ISO 13485 and 14971, FDA regulations, ANSI, and MDSAP. Your expertise in quality engineering, supplier audits, and risk management, combined with a proactive approach, makes you the perfect candidate to drive our quality initiatives forward. It is a big plus to be a Certified: Quality Engineer, Supplier Quality, Quality Auditor, and/or Project Manager.
