About The Role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you are more than a marketer—you are a creator, a storyteller, and a strategist. You will play a key role in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that engage, acquire, and retain money transfer customers across our key countries we support in the Americas.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid marketing strategies tailored to global money transfer audiences with cultural nuance and empathy
• Collaborate with creative teams and external contractors to write scripts, plan campaigns, and produce compelling ads (video, static, social, etc.)
• Manage relationships with external media and creative agencies to ensure timely campaign execution across platforms like Google, Meta, and Apple Search Ads
• Create campaign performance reports and share insights and recommendations with stakeholders
• Use market and customer insights to inform creative direction, messaging, and media placement
• Help inform and collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners to ensure regional cultural context is applied to the core audience needs for the campaigns
• Support cross-functional projects across digital, design, product, and customer service teams

What You’ll Bring

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or growth marketing, with an emphasis on paid media and creative development
• Ability to write, edit, and communicate effectively in both Spanish and English
• Experience writing ads and video scripts, and translating capabilities
• Strong project management skills; comfortable managing freelancers or creative vendors (video editors, designers, etc.)
• Experience working with media agencies and running campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic platforms
• Analytical mindset—comfortable working with data to make campaign decisions
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Bonus Points For These

• Experience with Branch, Looker, Amplitude, or Power BI
• Agency experience

• Hybrid work environment - Denver, CO
• Occasional travel for team or agency collaboration may be required

Ria Money Transfer offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The reasonable estimated pay for this role ranges from ($75,000 USD to $90,000 USD). Actual compensation is based upon factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
