Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare client meeting agendas, gather client data, and prepare reports
- Attend and take notes during client meetings
- Document, track, and execute client meeting tasks, including follow-up with client
- Maintain records in our CRM (Redtail) and portfolio management software
- Enter client data into MoneyGuide platform and build preliminary plans under the guidance of the advisors
- Provide support to the advisors and clients as needed
- Assist where needed we are a small team, we cross-train, and we all wear multiple hats
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in financial planning/investment management
- Experience using Money Guide Pro/eMoney and/or Redtail CRM are a plus, but not required
- Licenses - Not required at hire but must be willing to obtain Series 7 and Life & Health
- Client Service Plus work style
- Detail oriented and able to manage your own time and tasks
- Problem solving and resourcefulness
The Process
Qualified candidates will start the process by having a 15- to 30-minute zoom interview conducted by our consultant (the hiring manager for this position). If there is ground to move forward, you will be required to fill out a Career History Form and if you are selected to advance in the process, you will meet with the firm. Qualified candidates may be asked to take assessments.
