Radiology Imaging Associates (RIA) is comprised of over 120 radiologists. All with exceptional skill and expertise, most are fellowship-trained in their field of specialty for additional certification. We are dedicated to accurate and efficient patient diagnosis not matter what their condition. Our interventional radiologists perform some of the most leading-edge treatments available today. We partner with primary care physicians and hospitals across Colorado, and Hawaii to provide a resource for both patients and physicians.
Position Summary:
The Clinic Manager for RIA Endovascular leads daily operations of the clinic and oversees business performance, including productivity, vendor management, change initiatives, and financial processes. This individual ensures seamless coordination between clinical, administrative, and financial teams and plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency and sustainable growth.
This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, ideal for a proactive leader with experience in medical operations, financial management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and high-quality patient care delivery.
- Supervise and support non-clinical staff, including administrative, scheduling, and financial personnel.
- Collaborate with NPs, PAs, and physicians to support workflow and clinic productivity.
- Establish policies and procedures to enhance patient experience and operational flow.
- Prepare, monitor, and manage clinic budgets in collaboration with finance leadership.
- Track expenses and revenue to ensure financial sustainability and support decision-making.
- Evaluate vendor relationships and coordinate supply chain management to reduce costs and standardize purchases.
- Partner with supply and clinical teams to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Support front-end financial workflows including insurance authorizations, documentation alignment, and point-of-service collections.
- Supervise the Authorization Representative and ensure pre-service processes support optimal reimbursement.
- Analyze trends in denials, CPT coding, and billing performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead clinic-side implementation of system changes (e.g., EHR upgrades, process improvements).
- Coordinate testing, go-live planning, and staff training to ensure successful adoption.
- Serve as a liaison between clinic operations and IT/RCM stakeholders
- Create and maintain dashboards to monitor clinic performance (e.g., patient volume, collections, authorization success, supply costs).
- Deliver regular performance updates and recommendations to leadership.
- Use data to drive continuous improvement and support strategic planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
- 3 years of leadership in a healthcare setting, ideally in outpatient specialty care or procedural environment
- Strong understanding of business operations, financial workflows, and revenue cycle fundamentals.
- Experience with EHR and practice management systems; participation in implementation is a plus.
- Effective communicator and team leader with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Experience in interventional radiology or radiology operations highly preferred.
Compensation for this role is between $75,000 to $115,000 on an annual basis.
In accordance with Colorado law, the range provided is Radiology Imaging Associate’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role, and is based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. This position will receive applications on an ongoing basis and will remain open until filled.

Part-time employees may have access to some of these benefits, which may be on a pro-rated basis. Full-time employees will become eligible for benefits on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.
