Once again, Riam Recruiting has the opportunity to work with a wonderful nonprofit community and critical access hospital in Glendive, Montana.
We are helping find the hospital's next HR Generalist/Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. The current HRG will be leaving to pursue a new opportunity, leaving this position open. The team currently consists of four people. The position reports to the HR Director, and there is also an HR Benefits Employee and an HR Specialist.
While this position will be part of the HR team, the main duties will be recruitment. However, you will also be responsible for functional areas such as employee relations, training, compliance, and recognition.
This role will also be considered the "right hand" of the HR Director. She is looking for someone with great attention to detail, works well independently, and with stellar customer service skills. Employee event experience is also preferred.
The position is exempt with a standard schedule of M-F, 8-5pm with some employee events.
Compensation is $60k-$70k with a retention bonus and/or relocation available.
