Job Title: Product Marketing Specialist

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Employment Type: Full-time - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of assigned products, their target audience, and the challenges they solve.
  • Own the go-to-market strategy, ensuring accurate and engaging messaging that speaks to potential customers.
  • Create high-impact content including sales enablement materials, product pitches, video scripts, case studies, and lead magnets.
  • Collaborate with the regional marketing team to drive awareness through campaigns, events, and digital channels.
  • Support marketing events including trade shows, conferences, and webinars to enhance product visibility and engagement.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to shape product positioning and recommend enhancements.
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention, optimizing messaging for subscription models, upsells, and add-ons.
  • Partner with product management and strategy teams to maintain competitive analysis and develop market insights.
  • Be the brand’s product ambassador, engaging in and supporting thought leadership and strategic calls to action.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of product marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, construction tech, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, positioning, and storytelling for technical products.
  • Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and sales enablement.
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for optimizing campaigns and messaging.
  • Positive attitude and team player mentality, eager to contribute and support the broader marketing and sales efforts.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of handling multiple concurrent assignments with efficiency.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for continuous improvement and problem-solving.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple departments, including product, sales, and regional marketing.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
  • Preference for candidates based in the Atlanta area, though remote candidates will also be considered.

Desired Skills

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms is highly regarded.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus.
