Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Solution Integration Manager to oversee the delivery of both onsite and remote deployment services. In this role, you will lead a team of technical experts providing installation, integration, and test/verification services to ensure the successful deployment of Ribbon solutions. You will be responsible for managing employee development, meeting revenue and cost targets, maintaining high-quality service delivery, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position will focus on the deployment and integration of complex networks and solutions, utilizing a team of talented technical engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Delivery Management: Lead teams in delivering Ribbon's services, including installations, integrations, and verification, ensuring that all services are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to a team of technical experts, setting priorities, evaluating performance, and fostering career development for direct reports.
- Project Management: Oversee the deployment and integration of complex network solutions. Manage the technical requirements and deliverables, ensuring seamless execution of projects from initiation to completion.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by managing service quality, responding to issues promptly, and ensuring project timelines are met.
- Financial Management: Monitor and manage project budgets, including contractor spend and cost estimates, ensuring the delivery of services aligns with both revenue and margin goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, partners, and customers to coordinate service delivery, identify challenges, and provide solutions.
Qualifications:
- Telecommunications Expertise: Strong experience with both TDM and NGN networks and a deep understanding of deployment services offerings, processes, and deliverables.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment while achieving operational excellence.
- Project Management: Solid understanding of project budgets, contractor spend, and the fixed-price quoting process. Ability to manage multiple priorities while adhering to deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication abilities, capable of effectively collaborating with both internal teams and customers.
- Results-Driven: A focus on achieving business objectives while ensuring top-tier service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Business Acumen: Experience managing key performance metrics, including on-time performance, utilization, contractor budgets, and quality scorecards.
Education and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in telecommunications, with a strong background in deploy services.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in people management and developing high-performing teams.
- Customer-Facing Experience: Direct experience working with customers, resolving issues, and providing timely updates.
- Partner Engagement: Knowledge and experience with partner (MSP) engagement processes.
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizen.
