Position Overview:
Responsibilities include providing onsite troubleshooting and phone/remote support for the Classroom AV Systems line of products for our K-12 and Higher Education customers. Providing field installation/commissioning support for AV equipment.
Qualified Candidates will have:
3 years' experience in Audio Visual equipment installation and customer service.
Knowledge of IT Networking and Microsoft Windows Server
Experience working with General Contractors and / or Sub-Contractors.
Expertise in Audio Visual project management/ commissioning procedures.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong attention to detail, highly organized, computer literate.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment.
Some travel will be required.
