Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Heavy Civil Project Manager for our public projects. The ideal candidate will have:
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in managing large-scale heavy/civil projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Licensure: Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) preferred.
- Technical Expertise:
- Extensive background in civil construction estimating.
- Profound knowledge in geotechnical/soils engineering, including soil stabilization.
- Experience with deep shaft and tunneling earth retention systems.
- Expert in subsurface dewatering methodologies and cost implications.
- Proficient in trenchless, soft, and rock tunneling, including tunnel boring and micro-tunneling methods.
- Knowledge of deep open cut installations.
Responsibilities Include:
- Project management of large heavy/civil projects.
- Preparation of final quantity and price estimates.
- Submission of estimates/bids for government municipalities.
- Negotiation of subcontractor scopes and pricing.

- Agtek
- Primavera
- Microsoft Office Suite
