Ricardo is looking for the next generation of engineering associates to join our global automotive and industrial team. You will be using your specialist skills in mechanical, automotive, mechatronic, controls, electrical, manufacturing, or aerospace engineering to consult with our clients to come up with innovative solutions to their requirements. You will be applying your specialist knowledge to a broad range of market sectors including passenger car, heavy duty and commercial vehicle as well as marine, off-highway and aerospace. You will be initially assigned to one of our engineering capability teams (Electrical, Design, Control or Systems) with the aim of rotating between teams where client projects allow, in order to gain even broader experience and exposure to our business.
We are looking to recruit graduates from the following engineering disciplines:
- Mechanical
- Electrical
- Electronics
- Automotive
- Mechatronics
- Manufacturing
- Aerospace
Successful candidates must have a minimum of 3.0 GPA in a relevant degree and a strong desire to work within our industry.
It would be beneficial for candidates to have:
- Bachelor’s Degree Computer engineering, electrical engineering.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a group/team environment.
- Strong problem solving, analytical and listening skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Access and Power Point.
- Ability to work well with people, in a team environment, and to communicate effectively both written & oral.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, matrix organization.
