Tracir Financial Services is a Subprime Automotive Finance Company in Reynoldsburg Ohio seeking a Bilingual Customer Service / Collection Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for collecting and negotiating payment arrangements on past due automobile loans and general customer service inquiries. Collections / Customer Service Representative Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Negotiation payment arrangements on past due auto loans
- Provide information about products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Collections / Customer Service Representative Qualifications :
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Collections, Sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High School Diploma
