What We Need From You- Job Duties and Requirements :
- Answer incoming sales calls and handle questions with proven trained responses, including outgoing phone calls
- Greet customers, vendors, and employees as they enter the building
- Organize and handle all aspects of vehicle presentation & deliveries
- Check insurance, identification, and update systems
- Follow instructions and processes using proper paperwork / digital assets
- Assist customers in vehicle selection, test drives, trade assessments & more
Essential Job Functions :
- Must have a valid driver's license
- High school education or equivalent
- 1-3 years working in hospitality, retail, or similar industry preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Tablet / PC / Smartphone proficiency
- Meeting new customers and working to build a long term relationship
- Must be able to multitask between answering phones, working with employees, and assisting customers
- Must have the flexibility of schedule to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
