Desired Experience:
- Legal Environment (law office, insurance, or case management)
- Workers’ Compensation (preferred)
- Litigation or personal injury experience (preferred)
- Paralegal Certification (preferred)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
- Familiarity with case management software
Previous experience will be considered for compensation negotiations and higher placement as a Worker Compensation Case Manager II or III.
What Will I Be Doing?
Our Workers’ Compensation Case Managers are empathetic advocates and detail-driven litigation support specialists who work directly with attorneys during the litigation phase. You'll be responsible for:
- Assisting with document drafting, discovery responses, and case strategy
- Preparing medical summaries, exhibits, and prep materials
- Managing client communication
- Ensuring our clients’ stories are told with clarity and compassion
This position is full time: Weekdays M-Th 8–5 PM and Fridays 8–4 PM.
