This candidate will work closely with some of our largest national accounts to field calls, manage requests, coordinate service, ensure appropriate charges and accurate billing and payments. Our Customer Service Coordinators partner with key internal constituents to deliver outstanding support and world-class customer service. This position has a flexible fulltime work week scheduled between the hours of 6:30am and 6:30pm M-F.

Duties & Responsibilities
Some of your duties may include:
- Monitoring daily service dispatch orders submitted by national service clients, ensuring that dealers schedule and complete service orders in a timely manner.
- Accurately enters service parts orders, RMAs, and product lead-time quotes.
- Working with Scheduling, Returns, Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, and Shipping to ensure product and parts availability and achieve the most timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery of service parts to meet dealer service schedules and national service client requirements.
- Processing completed service tickets daily, making sure that client invoices and dealer payments are correct.
- Negotiating dealer payments and customer billing when service quality and/or timeliness does not meet expectations.
- Working closely with Regional Sales Directors to ensure proper selection of dealers to meet clients’ service needs.
- Providing outstanding customer service to national service clients and dealers by phone and email.
- Providing technical advice and troubleshooting assistance to field technicians, and refers technical calls to Customer Service Phone Techs as needed.

- Associated degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Two or more years’ experience in customer service, electronic production or sales experience.
- Ability to travel occasionally to customer sites - some travel may be overnight.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills required.
- Mechanical aptitude or technical skills highly desirable.
- Personal computing, planning, project management, time management and efficient administrative skills are key competencies.
