Robot Operator - 2nd Shift - $3 Shift Differential

Basic Function

Operate and tend robotic welding machine within product quality, efficiency and safety standards. Cleans up all tooling, machinery, and work areas when finished with each job. Notifies the supervisor of any equipment or tooling that is damaged or not working properly.

Qualifications/ Prerequisites

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one (1) year welding experience or a 1-year welding certificate from a credited school or equivalent training program
  
  

Skills

• Good communication skills
• Good blueprint reading skills
• Must successfully pass the RLWS written and practical weld tests
  
  

Certifications, Licenses, Training, Or Other Job-related Requirements

• No current restrictions prohibiting regular lifts up to 50 lbs
• No current restrictions prohibiting infrequent lifts up to 100 lbs
