**Job Responsibilities**
As a Farm Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading our crop production efforts. This includes implementing and managing all station field and plot level crop production, as well as working with our maintenance coordinator and personnel from the Foundation Seed Program to maintain and manage equipment.
**Requirements**
- Minimum of B.S. degree in agriculture, crop and soil science, agronomy, or related field; plus three years of related experience in farm management operations OR an M.S. degree in one of the fields listed above.
- Candidates must have proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
